With over 30 years experience in the Professional Beauty Industry as a marketing, advertising, and publishing executive, Mr. Mugnai’s long list of achievements have underscored his distinct presence in the industry.

Bob Mugnai is the former President of American Salon Magazine, creator of Salon News, and V.P. for Fairchild Publications.  He is on the Board of Directors for the Cosmetology Advancement Foundation.  Mr. Mugnai is the recipient of the Ziggy Award of Leadership and recommended to the National Cosmetology Hall of Fame two times.  Mr. Mugnai was chairman of the City of Hope membership committee for 1991 and 1993.

Mr. Mugnai is familiar with all phases of the 23 channels of distribution in the Professional Beauty and Salon Industry.

Cathy Pedulla

With over 25 years experience in the beauty industry, and as a former salon owner, Ms. Pedulla’s management, education, retail and hands-on workshop experience has enabled her to work with the best in our industry.  She has been featured in Salon News, Sophisticated Styles,”W”, and other industry publications.  Her industry awards include the 1999 Intercoiffure Professional Excellence Award and the 2001 Intercoiffure Shining Star Award.

Ms. Pedulla has contributed to several seminars including 3 “Best of the Beauty Business”, Fairchild’s Beauty Cruise, and Color Cluster Classes/2002.

For the past 15 years she has been the show planner/co-ordinate for Intercoiffure.  Her responsibilities included show management and production, reception, photo shoots, model calls, makeup, and press contacts at both the trade and consumer levels.

Bob Mione

Mr. Mione has been a member of Intercoiffure America since 1973.  As the First Vice President, he was selected to represent the organization at the World Congress in Paris, France and Hamburg, Germany.

Mr. Mione was the former owner of two Papillon Salons on Long Island which specialized in trend setting hair, make-up fashions and spa services.  Presently based in Florida, Mr. Mione continues to be a leader in the beauty industry.  

He has lectured on an education level for the beauty industry representing such companies as L’oreal, Clairol, Zotos, Wella and Revlon as color and education styles director.  As a consultant for these companies, he has guided the marketing of many new products.  His Papillon styling team was the main education team for Fairchild’s Beauty Show in Miami, and as guest artist for Fairchild’s Texturizing Conference in New York.

A Charter Board Member of International Hair Color Exchange, he has appeared on television and radio talk shows both as an artist and beauty industry leader.

Among his many recognitions, are the Knighthood Award from Intercoiffure America, and the Intercoiffure International Officer Award.  He also is the recipient of the International Commanders Medal and the International Personality of the Year-2002.  Mr. Mione is the former Regional President of Mondial Intercoiffure, US/Canada.

Dina Elliot

Public relations and communications executive, Dina Elliot, has been active in the professional and consumer beauty industries for over a decade. She has held the positions of Communications Director for Wella USA, Creative and Communications Director for Zotos International and VP Corporate Communications for Lamaur's consumer division. She previously worked for Blenheim Group PLC, a leading trade show management firm. She is an active member of the Public Relations Society of America, Cosmetic Executive Women and the PBA. Dina's client roster includes top names in beauty, innovations, jewelry and manufacturing industries.
